Before transfering to your hotel, have a quick sightseeing tour of Istanbul according to your arrival time. Free time for you to relax and enjoying the city. Overnight in Istanbul.

After breakfast,  you will see that the Istanbul is situated on both sides of the Bosphorus and the scenic Bosphorus strait flows through the heart of Istanbul, connecting Asia and Europe. For that reason, Istanbul offers wide range of great real estate projects including variety of great residences, offices, houses, apartments, holiday homes and luxury villas. The property market in Istanbul is endless. We will have a quick start by visiting selected locations and view properties in Istanbul. Lunch at a selected restaurant. After breakfast, today will be the last day of your investment trip. After the investment trip you will witness that Istanbul and surroundings offer sun, sea, stunning views and beautiful scenery, friendly people, value for money, freehold properties, low cost of living, Lunch at a selected restaurant. Then the investment trip continues with the inspections of other properties. After the tour transfer back to your hotel for getting ready for Bosphorus Dinner Night Cruise. Dinner Cruise is the best way to say farewell to Istanbul with entertaining with variety of  Turkish music and dances. After the cruise transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

After breakfast,  if decided to purchase, checking the legal paperworks for your chosen property and  complete the legal operation  (opening a bank, getting tax number and Notary Public).
