Welcome to Istanbul, the city that unites East to the West. Meet with our agent representative at airport.  Transfer from Istanbul airport to the hotel. Before transfering to your hotel, have a quick sightseeing tour of Istanbul according to your arrival time. Free time for you to relax and enjoying the city. Overnight in Istanbul.

After breakfast,  you will see that the Istanbul is situated on both sides of the Bosphorus and the scenic  Bosphorus strait flows through the heart of Istanbul, connecting Asia and Europe. For that reason, Istanbul offers wide range of great real estate projects including variety of great residences, offices, houses, apartments, holiday homes and luxury villas. The property market in Istanbul is endless. We will have a quick start by visiting selected locations and view properties in Istanbul. After tour lunch at a selected restaurant. Then the investment trip continues with the inspections of other properties. After the tour, transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

After breakfast,  we will continue with the property viewing tour. If decided to purchase, checking the legal paperworks for your chosen property and  complete the legal operation  (opening a bank, getting tax number and Notary Public). After the tour transfer to Istanbul airport to for your international return flight. Hope your investment trip will be an efficient one!
