Day 01 – Arrival Day

Welcome to Istanbul – cradle of the civilizatons! Transfer from airport to the hotel. Be ready for your amazing Istanbul Cappadocia holiday package tour. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 02 – Full Day Ottoman & Byzantium Relics Tour (Breakfast & Lunch Included)

* Visited Sights:  The Old city  “Sultanahmet”  – Grand Bazaar – Blue Mosque – Hagia Sophia – Hippodrome – Obelisk of Theodosius – German Fountain of Wilhelm II  – Serpentine Column – Topkapi Palace

The first stop of the day will be the Hagia Sophia, as our tour guide explains the significance of this massive building that was once a Christian church,we will pass the Hippodrome of Constantinople,  before reaching the Blue Mosque.  Next, we will continue to the Grand Bazaar, a massive, bustling complex to find clothing, decorative furnishings, food, and more. On the way to the bazaar, we will see other historical monuments, like the Tomb of Sultan Ahmet I, the Firuz Aga Mosque, and the exterior of the Tomb of Mehmed II. After, we will make a brief stop for lunch. In the afternoon, we will visit Topkapi Palace, the primary residence of the Ottoman sultans for nearly 400 years. After tour transfer back to hotels. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 03 – Half Day Bosphorus Cruise Tour / Flight to Cappadocia (Breakfast Included)

* Visited Sights:  Bosphorus Region – Rumeli Fortress – Spice Bazaar
First visit the Spice Bazaar, one of the city’s most colorful and bustling attractions, which has been in operation since the 17th century and still remains a very popular attraction for locals and visitors alike. You will have roughly 45 minutes of free time to explore and shop. Next, we will head to the shores of the Bosphorus Strait for a cruise, the strategic waterway that straddles the Asian and European continents. On our voyage, we will see an impressive showcase of many historic Istanbul buildings: the decadent façade of Dolmabahce Palace (no interior visit); 15th-century fortress Rumelihisari (no interior visit); the Beylerbeyi Palace(no interior visit), the summer home of Ottoman sultans; and many more.  After tour, you will be transferred to airport to catch flight to Cappadocia. Arrive & transfer to hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 04 – Full Day Cappadocia Red Tour (Breakfast & Lunch  Included)

* Visited Sights: Uchisar Castle – Goreme Open Air Museum – Love Valley – Avanos – Pashabag – Devrent Valley – Three Beauties ( Urgup )
After breakfast, we will visit Goreme Open Air Museum, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage list.  Our second stop will be Pashabag Valley, also called Monks Valley, which hosts some of the most beautiful examples of mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys.  Then we set off towards Devrent Valley, also called Dream Valley, where some of the rock formations are located.  After lunch in Avanos, we will visit the pottery workshop and watch a pottery making demonstration.  At the same time, we will learn the history of pottery from centuries to the present.  Our last stop is to see Uchisar Castle, one of the highest points of Cappadocia, as a panorama and learn its history, and then return to your hotel in Cappadocia. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 05 – Cappadocia to Istanbul (Breakfast Included)

After breakfast you will have free time until we depart to airport for our domestic flight to Istanbul and then switch to international terminal to catch home-bound flight.
