Salty Bliss Tour Programme:

Meet at IST/SAW airport & transfer to your hotel.  You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.

* Visited Sights:  The Old city  “Sultanahmet”  – Grand Bazaar – Blue Mosque – Hagia Sophia – Hippodrome – Obelisk of Theodosius – German Fountain of Wilhelm II  – Serpentine Column – Topkapi Palace
Guests will be picked up at 8:00am and taken to the Sultanahmet district, the oldest and most historic part of the city. The first stop of the day will be at the Hagia Sophia, where our guide will explain the significance of this massive building that was once a Christian church, then a mosque and now a museum. We will then pass the Hippodrome of Constantinople, where we will see the site’s impressive obelisk, before arriving at the Blue Mosque. Be sure to take pictures of both the interior and exterior of this impressive building. We then proceed to the Grand Bazaar, a huge, bustling complex where you can find clothes, decorative items, food and much more. On the way to the bazaar we will see other historical monuments such as the tomb of Sultan Ahmet I, the Firuz Aga Mosque and the exterior of the tomb of Mehmed II. After our visit to the Grand Bazaar we will stop for lunch. In the afternoon we visit the Topkapi Palace, the main residence of the Ottoman Sultans for almost 400 years. We then visit the Little Hagia Sophia, the last stop on the tour before guests are returned to their hotels.

Experience the serenity of the largest Princes’ Island in Turkey, Büyükada (Big Island).After crossing the Sea of Marmara by boat, you will arrive at the picturesque island of Buyukada, a quiet seaside town and summer holiday escape from the city. Upon arrival to the island, you will see the lavish Ottoman mansions, charming old Ottoman houses and other beautiful Victorian summer villas around the island.Learn about the island’s history and enjoy ample time to lounge on its beautiful beaches with enjoying the sea fish and local restaurants.After tour back to the mainland and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

* Visited Sights:  Bosphorus Region – Rumeli Fortress – Spice Bazaar
Guests on this half day tour can choose either the morning or afternoon option and will be collected from their hotel at the time of their choice. We will first visit the Spice Bazaar, one of the city’s most colourful and bustling attractions, which has been in operation since the 17th century and remains a popular attraction for locals and visitors alike. The guide will give us tips on the best stalls and kiosks to visit so that we are not overwhelmed by the bustling market, where we will have approximately 45 minutes free time to explore and shop. Next, we will head to the shores of the Bosphorus Strait for a Bosphorus Cruise to learn about this important, strategic waterway that straddles the Asian and European continents. On our cruise we will see an impressive display of many of Istanbul’s historic buildings: the decadent facade of the Dolmabahce Palace (no interior visit); the 15th century Rumelihisari Fortress (no interior visit); the Beylerbeyi Palace (no interior visit), the summer residence of the Ottoman Sultans; and many more. After the tour you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Antalya. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel.

* Visited Sights:  Hadrian’s Gate – Clock Tower – Republic Square – Kaleiçi (Antalya Old Town) – Waterfalls – Fluted Minaret 
You will be picked up from your hotel at around 09:30 for the Antalya tour. Meet your guide and drive to Karpuz Kaldıran Waterfalls the place where the falls meet the sea and have a photo break in Konyaalti beach. Our next stop will be in Kaleiçi. And than visit to old town with the gate of Hadrian, the Clock Tower, Fluted Minaret, Palm Street and the ancient harbor. There are many beautiful old houses in Kaleici. Drive to Kursunlu Waterfalls and Lunch will be taken on the rooad. After the tour you will be transferred back to your hotel.

* Visited Sights:  Ancient Pamukkale Cotton Castles & Hierapolis – Cleopatra’s Pool – Thermal Hot Springs & Terraces
You will be picked up from your hotel at 08:00 for a tour of Pamukkale, the centre of natural thermal springs with curative properties. Due to the chemical properties of the water, pure white coloured travertine and stepped water terraces have been created on the mountain slope. It is called “Cotton Castle” in Turkish because of its resemblance to cotton piles. On arrival you will visit the travertines and the ancient city of Hierapolis which has the largest necropolis in Anatolia with 1200 tombstones. One of the highlights of the site is the Sacred Pool (entrance fee). Here, shallow thermal waters ripple over a beautiful scattering of ancient Roman ruins that lie below. After the tour you will be transferred back to your hotel in Antalya.

After breakfast you will have free time until we transfer to the airport for our domestic flight to Istanbul and then transfer to the international terminal to catch your flight home.
